This 3rd annual Bahrain International eGovernment Forum, will be organized by Bahrain Government Authority ( eGA).

It aims at highlighting the most prominent events in the field and also the position of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Arab states on the international map in respect to e-government.

The event would review best international practices in the field of e-government and, shed light on successful experiences been executed at the regional and international levels. It would also discuss technology solutions that can be applied to achieve development in e-government.

It is expected that international speakers including heads of Gulf e-government Agencies, experts from the United Nations as well as representiaves of ICT companies and societies in the GCC, Chambers of Commerce from the GCC states, researchers and academic concerned with ICT and representatives of local, regional and international media organizations, will take part in this gathering.

Meanwhile, Bahrain ICT Exhibition 2010 will be held on the sidelines of the this Forum.  Participants in this exhibitions are:   Bahrain eGovernment Authority, a number of ministries and government departments in Bahrain, eGovernment Authorities in the GCC states and other world countries in addition to ICT companies and other private sector establishments.
