Makah Municipality has completed and is ready to launch the first set of e-services in its bid to automate its business processes and maximize overall service quality in order to keep pace with the rapid and huge development in the city which receives millions of pilgrimages every year.

Dr. Ibrahim Abdulla; CIO of Makah Municipality, said: "As a holy shrine, Makah is one of the most visited cities in the world, and is constantly growing. Hence, the Municipality was looking for optimal IT solutions that can serve the current and future requirements of the city's growth.

The official in Makah municipality went on saying that the e-services achieved in the city include; building permits, shops permits ,excavation permits; and automates processes to better control all operations and maximize the services of the field inspection divisions and contact center.

It's to be noted here that Makah is undergoing a comprehensive development as per the directives of Makah prince in the regard.
