Cabinet approves amendments in two clauses in the regulations of the e-government transactions

After reviewing the report sent by the minister of communication and information technology regarding the first measurement in the level of transformation of government agencies to the e-government , the cabinet has approved amendments in the   clauses (22) and (23)  in the regulation   no. (40) issued by the cabinet previously and dated 27/2/1427 to be as following:

A/ Clause (22)   :
Each government agency should measure the extent of transformation into the e-government program. This measurement     is to take place every six months through specific mechanisms and indicators set by YESSER program. These indicators should be enclosed in the annual reports of each agency with a copy of it to be sent to YESSER program.

B/ Clause (23):
The E-government program (YESSER) has to bring an annual report to the monarch. The report must explain the extent of transformation made by the government agencies in their e-transactions depending on the indicators contained in clause (22).
