Vision:
Serving as a key partner, prime enabler and supporter, with a view to meet the requirements of the Ministry and its employees.

Objectives:
To ensure the optimal performance and upgrade the level of delivery by the provision of necessary support services through the overlapping management approach, with a view to achieve all the purposes of the Agency.


Tasks:
  • To raise employees’ efficiency and productivity and maximize the return on public service within the ministry, by creating a culture of responsibility and honesty in the performance of work, providing a work environment characterized by a high level of professionalism, and bringing and applying modern human resource practices to make the human resources a strategic partner of the ministry.
  • To plan and execute all projects related to the applications of information technology, to assume direct technical supervision of all the work of updating the ministry's local network or installing new devices or programs, to design and maintain the Internet-related systems and ensure their working with the required quality, and to ensure the ministry’s cybersecurity and readiness of its local network against cyber-attacks .
  • To coordinate and integrate the work of sub-departments, and to supervize the application of all the ministry's administrative and financial laws and regulations, ensuring that this is done efficiently and effectively.
  • To provide necessary equipment for the ministry's physical work environment, to apply the required preventive measures, to supervize the cleaning, maintenance and transport operations, and to follow up the application of the relevant regulations, rules and instructions.
