CODE Concludes ‘Saudi Game Champions’ Program to Support Gaming Industry

The Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE) of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has concluded the "Saudi Game Champions" program, marking the end of a nine-month initiative aimed at fostering the growth of ambitious Saudi game development studios.

The comprehensive program featured multiple stages, including the "Game Jam" event, an incubation phase, an acceleration phase, and a closing ceremony celebrating local achievements and creative talent.

Designed to enhance the capabilities of Saudi developers in the electronic gaming sector, the program enabled participants to enter the market with high standards of quality and professionalism. It offered more than 180 hours of specialized workshops and over 1,500 hours of mentorship and guidance, with the participation of 25 Saudi game studios.

The initiative is part of CODE’s broader efforts to reinforce the Kingdom’s position in the global digital gaming industry and empower national talent to create innovative and competitive gaming experiences.
