Communications Ministry Launches 'Daman PropTech Challenge' to Support Growth of Real Estate Startups
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, represented by the Center of Digital Entrepreneurship (CODE), has launched the Daman PropTech Challenge, one of the Roshn Hackathon’s tracks, designed to empower real estate startups that have surpassed the idea and prototype stage. The initiative aims to support their growth and expansion journey, advance product development, and enhance their readiness for partnerships and investment opportunities.
The challenge offers more than 50 training programs and mentorship sessions, alongside over 70 digital enablers, with the participation of more than 30 startups. Three winning projects will be selected at the closing ceremony.
The Daman PropTech Challenge introduces three main tracks: digital real estate platforms, real estate data and analytics, and AI-powered PropTech solutions.
MCIT also announced the opening of registration for the challenge through CODE’s platform at https://code.mcit.gov.sa/ar/bootcamp/PropTech-Challenge.
