Open data refers to data that individuals can use freely without technical, financial, or legal restrictions, and can be accessed, used, or reused unless its nature requires non-disclosure or protection of privacy and confidentiality.
In line with the Ministry’s commitment to the principle of transparency in information sharing, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology makes such data available—for purposes including, but not limited to, promoting comprehensive development and innovation, supporting scientific research, and supporting decision-making. Electronic participation channels have been activated to receive new requests from beneficiaries for open data.
