The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology participated in the Business and Technology Outsourcing Forum 2025 in Buraidah, highlighting its efforts to develop the business outsourcing sector, enhance its competitiveness, support the readiness of national talent, and empower local companies within an integrated digital ecosystem.

The forum discussed the future of business outsourcing in the Kingdom, the role of promising regions in attracting investments and creating sustainable job opportunities, as well as the adoption of advanced technologies—such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and cybersecurity—to enhance outsourcing services and improve business efficiency.

Through its participating pavilion, the Ministry showcased its initiatives to support the outsourcing economy, build future skills, and strengthen partnerships with academic and technology entities, contributing to realizing of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives and enhancing the Kingdom’s global competitiveness in this sector.
