Saudi Arabia, Pakistan Discuss Supporting Growth of Digital Economy and Encouraging Entrepreneurship

Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, met here today with Pakistani Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ameer Khurram Rathore, and discussed with him ways to enhance bilateral relations, support the growth of the digital economy and encourage entrepreneurship and investment.
The two sides discussed means to boost cooperation in various areas related to communications and IT, namely supporting the growth of the digital economy, digital transformation, and e-governance, in addition to digital infrastructure.
The meeting also touched on the bilateral relations, and the Kingdom's aspirations for a digital economy, in addition to discussing ways to enhance cooperation in entrepreneurship by introducing companies in both countries to the investment advantages and incentives in the communications and information technology markets in the two countries.
