NTDP Concludes “Future Tech Leaders” Training Track
The National IT Development Program (NTDP) concluded the Future Tech Leaders program under the LEAD IT initiative, in partnership with Tuwaiq Academy and the University of California, Berkeley.
The six-month learning journey aimed to equip national leaders with the latest skills and expertise in advanced technology domains. A total of 65 leaders from various sectors participated in the program, completing 13 applied projects addressing vital needs in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data science, and digital transformation.
The LEAD IT initiative offered an intensive, hands-on learning experience that honed participants’ leadership capabilities and enhanced their readiness to navigate the rapidly evolving digital economy.
As one of NTDP’s flagship initiatives, LEAD IT reflects the program’s commitment to accelerating the growth of the IT sector and empowering Saudi talent under a government-funded framework exceeding SAR 2.5 billion—making it the largest program of its kind in the region. This effort further strengthens the Kingdom’s position as a regional and global hub for technology and innovation, in line with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.
