H.E. Eng. Abdullah Alswaha, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, received in Riyadh the Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, Kirill Zalessky, to discuss strengthening the partnership between the two countries in digital infrastructure, emerging technologies, and artificial intelligence.

The meeting addressed joint opportunities in developing telecommunications networks, expanding technological partnerships, and exploring projects that enhance the readiness of both economies to support the transition into the intelligent era.

The two sides also discussed initiatives related to developing digital skills, enabling digital entrepreneurship, and exchanging expertise in telecommunications regulation, contributing to the building of advanced digital ecosystems.

Both parties emphasized the importance of working together to open new avenues for investment in future technologies, support cooperation between government entities and the private sector in both countries, and enhance international integration, thereby improving the efficiency of digital infrastructure and keeping pace with global developments in the digital economy.
